The health and insurance benefits described on this site are provided under various plans and programs sponsored by Givaudan. Log in to the Givaudan Benefits Portal to see your specific eligibility.
Because Givaudan’s medical plan is intended to be affordable and meets the minimum value standard under the ACA, you and your eligible dependents are unlikely to be eligible for a federal subsidy to purchase coverage in the Health Insurance Marketplace that is otherwise available to people who meet certain financial criteria. Therefore, you may not be interested in the Marketplace offerings. However, the Marketplace offerings may provide an alternative for those family members who are not eligible for coverage under the Givaudan medical plan or for any dependent who may be eligible for the federal subsidy.
This site is not an official plan document or an SPD for any of the plans and programs described herein. If any information presented here conflicts in any way with the official plan document(s), including any contract(s) of insurance purchased pursuant to the plan document(s), the provisions of the plan document(s), as amended, will govern.
Givaudan (and its subsidiaries, as applicable) reserves the right to amend the benefits described herein (and the plans and programs under which they are provided) in whole or in part or to completely discontinue them at any time and nothing in this communication in any way limits that right.
For detailed information on these benefits and plans, see the applicable health and insurance Summary Plan Description (SPD), which is available on the Givaudan Benefits Portal. You also may receive a hard copy of the health and insurance SPDs at no cost to you by contacting Givaudan Benefits.
IMPORTANT: Open Enrollment for 2026 benefits is October 20 – 31, 2025. Don’t miss out!
