Givaudan Vacation Buy-Sell Plan

As a Givaudan employee, you may buy additional vacation days or sell vacation days during Open Enrollment each year.

Eligibility:

Buy up to five additional days (cannot buy if you have 4+ weeks accumulated)

Cost:

1/260 of annual base pay per day

Example:

$30,000 salary = $115.38 per vacation day ($4.44 per biweekly paycheck)

Eligibility:

  • Completed four years of full-time employment
  • Eligible for at least 3 weeks vacation
  • Must retain minimum of 2 weeks (10 days)

Value:

1/260 of annual base pay per day

Payment:

Added to paycheck in equal increments throughout the year

  • Buy/sell elections only during Open Enrollment
  • No changes allowed during the year
  • If you terminate employment, you may receive a refund or owe reimbursement
